QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from related departments of universities,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role,
- Knowledge about logistics and export processes,
- Proficient in SAP,
- Strong communication and problem solving skills,
- Very good command of English both written & verbal,
- Fulfilled military service for male candidates,
- Living/willing to live in İstanbul/Mersin.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Initiate and complete customs processes,
- Prepare customer documents and complete system entries,
- Coordinate the process until the products are delivered to the customer,
- Customer relationship management,
- Ensure the flow of information between production, shipment and logistics units,
- Designe labels in line with the customer's request and notify the shipping team,
- Informe the relevant units and customers by tracking the location and temperature,
- Prepare regular reports on export operations,
- System entries of customs declarations and expense files.
