QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Export Specialist
Location: Ataşehir
Job Description:
- Performing the operational and documentation processes of all export shipments in accordance with the customs regulation.
- Follow up regulation changes which affect our operations, inform related parties.
- Managing export operations according to the exported country’s customs laws and demands of customer.
- Responsible for monthly export reports.
- Ensure all necessities, reports, tracebility for AEO certificate sustainability for the export area.
- Provide all data and document for the export transactions before and/or during customs audits.
- Keeping customers / CSO’s updated with regular information pertaining to orders and shipments .
- Determining the problems that may be encountered in transports and carrying out studies to take precautions,
- Respective transactions in SAP
- Being responsible for customs process of temporary export & refund base on purchase orders.
- Supporting Sustainability of ISO 27001 Information Security Management System
- Contribute proactively to processes optimization, support of digitalization initiatives. Process and follow up Non Conformances (NCM)
Qualifications:
- University degree, preferable in Foreign Trade, Logistics / Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years of expreience in relevant area
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP
