Yeşilyayla Kesici Aletler company was found in 1879 in Bursa. Across generations, the company evolved into a leading knife manufacturer in Turkey and in the EE&MEA region. Owner of PİRGE brand and also series including Ecco, Gastro, Classic, Creme, Butcher`s, Pure Line, dedicated to help professional chefs, butchers, bakers, and chefs of houses, our main intention is to help people of the world to prepare & serve the healthy food to their customers & beloved ones, in an easier, healthier and more convenient way. That`s why, we produce professional knives & bakery equipment with “on purpose” sharpness, rustproof and design. As of 2020, we distribute our products mainly in Turkey and also in 50+ countries. We will be happy if we can make a smile in professional and home chefs while using our products all over the world, i.e. we assume responsibility to be a leading global knife company. Our journey started at 1879 and continues.

We are looking for a team member who will join our family as “Export Operations Specialist” in our Istanbul Office.

Scope of Enjoyment:

  • Entering the received orders from global customers in Pirge ERP system, organizing shipment and export operations through co-working with planning department and export agency,
  • Preparation and controlling of the required export/custom documents (invoice, COC, PL and other required documents),
  • Welcoming global customers in our show-room in Istanbul office and presenting our category & product line-up,
  • Reporting suggestions and complaints, i.e. feedbacks of global customers,
  • Organization of exhibition stands for domestic and global fairs with Pirge Central Marketing team and third parties,
  • Reporting to our Global Sales Manager,

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree,
  • Advanced English (written and verbal),
  • Very Good MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation,
  • Experienced about export and export legislation and processes,
  • Motivation of constant personal and business development,
  • Maximum of 5 years work-experience,
  • Military service completed for male candidates,


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduated from Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Relations departments of universities,
  • Course or MBA in International Business Management and/or Foreign Trade,
  • 2 years of solid & continuous experience in export operations,
  • Has the following 3 as a character to build on: customer service discipline, sales knowledge, proactive & positive approach and feedback,
  • High planning and organization skills, eye for details and taking right action with the teamwork,
  • Residing/able to reside on the Istanbul-European side (please specify in your application),
