SKILL & QUALIFICATIONS;

· University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields,

· At least 3-4 years of experience in ( especially) sales and customer management,

· High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues,

· Having sense of detail and able to take initiative and responsibility,

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Canias ERP.

· Excellent command of written and spoken English , additionally Spanish or Russian language skills would be a certain plus,

· No restriction to travel abroad,

· Valid driving license class B and active driver,

· Residing in the European Side of Istanbul,

· No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Develops plans and strategies by coordinating with the manager to achieve the regional export sales target,

· Maintains regular contact with all international customers by customer visits, demonstrations and negotiations,

· Services existing accounts, prepares offers, obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule,

· Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature,

· Prepare and analyses reports for customer visits and sales meetings,

· Attends international exhibitions both as an exhibitor and/or visitor,

· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions, preparing reports,

· Focus on market research, finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities,

· Follows up on customer payments, ensures the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts,

· Reporting to Export Sales Manager.
