QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Required Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field,
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreign trade,
  • Preferably worked in the field of food supplements or healthcare industry,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish,
  • Second foreign language is considered as an advantage. (Russian, Spanish, Chinese or French) is a plus,
  • Ready to visit customers periodically and sometimes instantly,
  • Customer oriented mindset with good negotiation and persuasion skills,
  • Self-motivated to follow-up existing customers and develop new business,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and sales oriented,
  • Good team worker, result-oriented,
  • Ability to work independently and take advanced responsibilities,
  • Ability to work well in a team environment,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, Good user of MS Office programs.

Job Description

What Do We Expect From Our New Teammate?

  • Observing and analyzing the market, competitors and customers,
  • Investigation of target markets and establishment of sales strategies according to market dynamics,
  • Gaining new customers in target markets, to make sales promotions for increasing the sales,
  • In order to reach targeted positions in the market, to determine new customers and new channels and to assess them,
  • Organizing visits to markets and customers he/she is responsible for,
  • Setting annual sales targets and identifying demands of countries and customers he/she is responsible for,
  • Realization of the sales targets of the relevant customers and dealers in the responsible countries,
  • Performing sales activities in the assigned territory to accomplish annual sales objectives,
  • Assisting in the development of the sales and marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets,
  • Preparing periodical sales realization reports,
  • Providing market research,
  • Regularly (monthly, quarterly, annually) report to Export Manager,
  • Transfering necessary up-to-date information to the marketing department for the formation of marketing strategies with regard to its region and, to assist in determining appropriate strategies,
  • Ensuring the customers to receive products and services at highest quality by the provision of coordination with the Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Legal departments,
  • Ensuring the international financial transactions are processed successfully,
  • Assuring export/import process runs smoothly.
