Mega Print Pack provides packaging solutions with its new facility of cardboard packaging and paper bag manufacturing. Reporting to Export Sales and Business Development Manager, the Export Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and driving sales growth for our company. You will proactively hunt new business and seek to leverage existing business opportunities to deliver and exceed the agreed sales targets and enable sustainable growth.

Working closely with production team, you will be always in pursuit of the best and highest quality outcome. You will thrive under pressure, never shy away from a challenge, be entrepreneurial in identifiying opportunities and delivering solutions whilst never compromising quality and customer expectations.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Having an excellent command of English, verbal and written
  • Minimum 5 years' of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the cardboard packaging and paper bag industries
  • Proven ability to exceed targets, drive results and report analytically
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Energetic, go-getter, self-motivated, resilient, persistence, positive outlook are a few words that describe some of your key attributes that we look for.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills to manage, motivate and influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment with a high focus on customer
  • No limit to travel abroad
  • Military service obligation completed for male candidates
  • B class drivers' licence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your key areas you will be responsible for:

  • Effectively drive and increase profitable business
  • Maintain accurate sales records to actively organize, document, schedule and respond promptly to follow up with customer queries, complaints, supply/quality issues and leads
  • Be in touch with production department for samples/orders/batches and availabilities
  • Follow up overdue payments
  • Promote and develop products with our customers
  • Report weekly on key financials and customers
  • Ensure that company guidelines and procedures are followed.
