QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a full-time "Export Sales Specialist" to join our team working at our office in the World Trade Center.

QUALIFICATIONS;

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering Foreign Trade or relevant fields,
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer management,
  • High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues,
  • Having sense of detail and able to take initiative and responsiblity,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, additionally Spanish or German language skills would be a certain plus,
  • No restriction to travel abroad,
  • Valid driving license class B and active driver,
  • Residing in the European Side of Istanbul,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develops plans and strategies by coordinating with the manager to achieve the regional export sales target,
  • Maintains regular contact with all international customers by customer visits, demonstrations and negotiations,
  • Services existing accounts, prepares offers, obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule,
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literatüre,
  • Prepare and analyses reports for customer visits and sales meetings,
  • Attends international exhibitions both as an exhibitor and/or visitor,
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions, preparing reports,
  • Focus on market research, finding new customers, new markets and new opportinuties,
  • Follows up on customer payments, ensures the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts,
  • Reporting to European Regional Sales Executive.
