QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics, Int. Trade, Engineering or a related field (MBA degree is a plus),
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (Arabic and French are plus),
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in international B2B sales, preferably in lighting industry,
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Ability work with busy schedule, flexible working hours end intensive overseas journey program.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead entire sales process from lead generation to deal close phase,
- Managing portfolio and gaining new customers in the international market,
- Acquire new customers and establish long term partnerships,
- Manage good customer relations and future growth opportunities,
- Organize international customer visits, presentations, demonstrations and negotiations,
- Execute export operations managing the entire process,
- Ensure orders processed and shipped on time,
- Sales Forecasting - provide clear product and category wise sales forecast,
- Make sure order income target set is reached with expected EBIT and cash flow,
- Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs,
- Follow up sales plans in line with the determined targets,
- Develop market transparency in sales channels,
- Be aware of competitive environment in order to devise successful sales strategies to achieve business objectives,
- Maintain adequate reporting of sales opportunities and customer information to ensure accuracy of CRM system,
- Show adequate efforts to achieve KPI targets,
- Support / lead product launches, marketing campaigns and promotions delivery of product demonstrations,
- Conducting business in an international environment with regular travels to abroad,
- Running an international account from all aspects including sales, building customer relationship and all related operations,
- Building up business strategies in designated markets and following global trends,
- Analyzing the market, customers and performance of the account's department and reporting to management.
