QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Requirements:

The desired candidate is required to have the following skills:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Export Sales ideally within the retail sector.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in development of export sales & global marketing management strategy and business planning preferably in multinational and/or reputable local companies with leading export brands.
  • Strong knowledge in Digital export marketing platforms and mediums (such as Google
  • AdWords, Google Analytics, and other social media marketing platforms).
  • University graduate from one of the reputable universities.
  • Leadership and Project management skills in cross functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and creative skills with result oriented personality with high energy level.
  • Willingness to achieve strong organizational goals and collaborate effectivelymultiple teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English is a must whileFluent German is a plus.
  • Competency in all export marketing related office tools are essential.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally forİstanbul Head Office candidates.
  • In addition, able to live and work in Germany already for our German Offices one of which is a start-up office.


Main Responsibilities:

The position will report to the International Sales Director, who manages the restructuring export and abroad retail sales organizations. The successful candidate will fulfill the following functions:

  • To Develop relevant and effective export marketing programs and initiatives, in line with the overallCorporate Marketing strategies and the associated demand generation plan, see through the entire execution, and monitor their effectiveness via proper analysis and reporting.
  • Establish relevant and effective export e-commerce and digital marketing plans (Turkey and International) and coordinate the execution process.
  • To design and manage the export social media-based campaigns (Facebook, Linked-in, Instagram etc), and coordinate the analysis on their effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the entire process of event attendance, along with its relevant actions ofmarket analyses, price analyses and consumer research and assists on determining theexport brand strategywhich contributes to export business strategy and commercial plans.
  • Assists to prepare the export marketing plan, annual export budget control andcommunication/media plan follow up for export brands.
  • Tracks international consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution.
  • Follows export marketing activities & campaigns (both Above the Line and Below the Line), promotions and indoor & outdoor activities for each country.
  • Manages and organizes product launches in cooperation with the domestic sales, trade marketing, production, finance teams to achieve results.
