QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As ASTS PROFIL, we produce picture Frame Profiles, PVC Edgebanding and products used in the manufacture of furniture, automotive and in the construction sector with our brands under ASTS as MOBELKANT, MOBELPRO, MOBELMELT and MOBELTOOLS.

MobelKANT has been the preferred edgebanding manufacturer (manufacturing company) both nationally and internationally and have a turnover of 300 million TL and exporting more than 50 countries all over the World. We are looking for an “Export Sales Specialist” with the following qualifications to be assigned to the Sales department.of our company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • · University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields
  • · Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position with International Trade-Export operations and Knowledge of Export Procedures and Regulations
  • · Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • · Second language as Spanish is preferred,
  • · Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • · Follow up on customer payments, ensures the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts.
  • · Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management,
  • · Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities ;be flexible and make decissions under stress and pressure,
  • · Well organized and good at time management skills ;systematic;reliable and team worker,
  • · Excellent coordination skills with clients,
  • · Able to travel abroad,
  • · No military obligation for male candidates,
  • · Residence in Gebze/Tuzla.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • · Proceeding customers’ orders in production to deliver the products on time,
  • · Managing all the audit and approval processes before the shipments,
  • · Coordinating international transport in order to meet the confirmed delivery dates in a timely and effective manner,
  • · Following production plan and actual stock based on customer forecast,
  • · Providing support to the customers for complaints after the sales,
  • · Following customer payments; ensuring that the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts,
  • · Weekly and monthly reporting,
