QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other disciplines,

- Minimum 2 years experience in export and sales area, (in FMCG sector preferably),

- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic

- Proficiency in MS Office; especially sales mathematics and strong reporting skills,

- Ability of analytical thinking,

- Excellent communication skills and problem solver, strong communication, cooperation and organizational skills and strong customer management experience

- Experienced in participation and organization of foreign fairs,

- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey,

- No obligation for military service (for male candidates).

Note: Company's headquarter location is in Bahcesehir (Europe side).


JOB DESCRIPTION

- Research new markets and find new business opportunities and customers, in MENA Region
- Develop and maintain distrubution channels in sales organisation

- Coordination with reatilers, distributors and the company, related field visits
- Preparing monthly sales reports
- Identifying potential markets and customers
- Preparing short and long term sales strategies and sales plans
- Managing the marketing activities in the target countries with marketing unit, organize fair participation and make brand and company presentation,
- Coordinate all export duties such as taken order, making shipment and preparing documents
- Coordination all relevant departments such as Logistics, Planning and Finance in the company.
- Carry out special marketing activities
- competitor analysis, support on annual sales planning and execution of sales targets
