QUALIFICATIONS
- Having at least 10 years of experience in factory management and production sector
- Graduated from the relevant engineering departments of universities (Preferably Industrial Engineering)
- Having very good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Being prone to teamwork, being able to motivate his/her team
- Adopting a quality-oriented working approach, having a knowledgeable and systematic perspective on process management
- Experienced in cost, purchasing, planning, reporting and operational areas in production processes
- High in organizational, planning, leadership, teamwork and communication skills
- Being able to make fast and correct decisions, managing crises
- Being able to identify problems in the field and develop solutions
- Having high communication skills, strong human relations
- Having the ability to represent the company
- Having strong analytical direction and being able to manage multiple activities
- Travelling without disability
- Being able to reside or may reside in Kayseri
- Having experience with ERP and MRP systems
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organizing the planning of the production in accordance with the sales budget, weekly, monthly or annual, and accordingly, the material,
- Making the factory budget in accordance with the sales targets and managing the budget in a target and efficiency-oriented manner
- Ensuring that the products taken into production are produced in accordance with the determined quality standards and on time,
- Providing that production processes are carried out in accordance with the Environmental, Occupational Health and Occupational Safety rules,
- Performing efficiency follow-ups of all production lines, reporting and managing/organizing process improvement works,
- Preparing/having prepared instructions and procedures related to production processes,
- Carrying out the necessary time study studies,
- Striving for timely production of the planned material,
- Determining the materials to be purchased from the domestic and foreign markets according to the estimated orders and to direct the purchasing process,
- Following up the stocks of raw materials and products and planning the purchase or production of the missing materials,
- Creating the minimum stocks of the raw materials supplied externally according to their deadlines and production rates,
- Performing overtime and shift personnel planning in line with weekly plan,
- Submitting production reports to the management periodically, determining the necessary action plans and to ensure their implementation,
- Making development and investment plans in line with medium and long term strategic objectives,
- Coordinating export and logistics activities.
- Evaluating customer requests / orders and coordinating the necessary activities for their fulfillment,
