About the Role:
We are looking for a Facilities & Utilities Engineer who will be reporting to Maintenance Manager and working in our Manisa plant, a modern factory going towards to become a safer, leaner, smarter and greener factory.
If you have the ability and passion to deploy new improvements in building and utilities with "safety first" vision, this role might be a good fit for you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Guarantees perfect condition of utilities and facilities systems (chillers, HVACs, compressors, pumps, elevators, fire systems, etc) by performing planned, preventive, predictive maintenance
- Ensures that all required spare parts are available
- Develops projects in line with the perspective of continuous improvement, realizing the planned projects (energy, water, consumables, investment, etc.)
- Continuously monitors and develops work safety and 5S relation implications in areas within the scope of utilities facilities
- Verifies the maintenance cost trends and analyze variations vs. budget
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree
- Good level of knowledge about utilities and facilities (fluid mechanics, steam, gas, compressed air, HVAC, cooling technologies, water treatment systems, fire lines and buildings)
- Advanced health and safety commitment and responsibility
- Project management skills with opennes and eagerness for improvements
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in teams with result-orientation and analytical thinking skills
- Good command of English
