QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking for 3 Administrative Affairs Specialists who are experienced in the fields of Cleaning, Security and Personnel Transportation within the scope of Facility Management Services.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Cleaning Service Management:
- Cleaning subcontractor management
- Monitoring daily attendance
- Quality service inspection in plant
- Constant meetings with the customer and the supplier
- Complaint Management
- Response to emergencies such as special cleaning for weather issues
Securtiy Service Management:
- Monitor the number of people entering and status of vehicles
- Manage items carring-in and carrying out.
- Manage patrol status and report abnormalities
- Attendance and operation management
- Response to emergencies such as forced entry, theft of corporate assets etc.
- Customer support and security subcontractor management
Shuttle Service Management:
- Commuter route management
- Monitoring bus arrival time
- Safety Inspection (Vehicles)
- Complaint Management (VOC)
- Subcontractor management (vehicle and driver information)
- Response to emergencies such as accidents, etc
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from related faculties of universities,
- At least 1-6 years of experience in Administration Affairs,
- Candidates who took responsibilities in organization of transportation, cleaning and shuttle services,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (especially Excel),
- Analytical thinking and strong reporting, organizational skills, and attention to details,
- Strong communication skill and good at Teamwork,
- Having a result and solution oriented working approach,
- Has ability to take initiative,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Able to travel abroad for training/business,
- Driving license with experience,
- Completed military service for male candidates,
- Living or able to live in Kocaeli (İzmit), Sakarya, İstanbul (Asian Side).
