Bachelor's degree in Computer/Communication/Electrical/Electronic Engineering,
Knowledgeable & experienced in technical operations & maintenance activities related fiber optics backbone networks including mixed networks (DWDM, SDH/IP, etc.)
Experience working with Huawei, Nokia NMS
Good command of written and spoken English
Ability to work international business units when necessary
Great problem-solving ability
An understanding of Fiber Optics in a Telecoms environment
Good knowledge of MS Office programs especially Excel and PowerPoint
Health, safety and environment (HSE): Assesses risks and safety hazards and implement plans to ensure people and equipment safety
Ensure proper training and process are in place and consistently followed to keep self, coworkers, other on-site personnel safe and secure.
Customer Relations: Clear and professional communications, both oral and written, contractors, and customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Executing necessary fiber optics operations & support to ensure the network to be up and running in a 7*24 environment
Able to solve incidents out of business hours on call basis
Writes specifications for new telecommunications equipment and services; evaluates quotations and proposals to ensure the best equipment for the job is purchased; requisitions equipment and assigns accurate accounting information.
Responsible for overseeing a team of technicians to deliver best in class customer service and quality results
Works effectively with other team members to successfully implement transport projects and operate the teams on the field.
Work on high and low severity tickets and adhere to the SLA process.

Provide technical support by telephone conference, or through visits, to installers, customers and contractors, authorities
Analyze OTDR traces, evaluate characteristics of fiber, and document test results
Interviewing with national/international customers to maintain the requirements of agreements
