QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
- Manages a customer portfolio with product knowledge and sales expertise (serves as primary contact for the customer; coordinates the account e.g. with related stakeholders)
- Actively searches and finds new customers to generate more gross profit through pipeline development
- Targets existing customers and generates additional gross profit by increasing share of wallet and by selling value added services
- Identifies customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationships
- Experience and knowledge for tenders & bids and RFQ processes
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Good understanding of sector issues in the global forwarding industry and knowledge&experience with customers
- Min 5 years customer management experience & sales background is strongly required
- University degree from related departments
- Good command in English (written&spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and teamwork oriented
- B class driving licence holder with no travel restrictions
- No military obligation for male candidates
