Leads International Supply Chain Export Control Tower team in Istanbul.
To manage support and provide direction to Supply Chain Specialists and give to be an escalation point if needed
Being proactive in identifying key areas of improvement and delivering change
Ensures daily communication with customer's teams in order to anticipate & prevent issues, get information on new trends, offer recommendations to customers
Closely collaborates with all DGF OFR units especially customer service, OCC/PCM
Ensures accurate and on time billing to related parties, including efforts to maximize profitability
Process improvement by adapting Infor nexus developments to customers by coordinating with Performance Management Analyst
Provide necessary feed-back to relevant parties (customer, origins, DHL involved Business Units).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ocean freight export operations within a supply chain environment
Should possess a university degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
Excellent reactivity and productivity
Excellent autonomy and self-motivation
Strong analytical and leadership skills, cultural awareness needed
Experience of working with data, analyzing and presenting results
Outstanding customer service skills and spirit & experience in managing senior/medium customer relations
Extensive knowledge of ISC operations and Infornexus and CW1 usage.
Can-do spirit and pragmatic thinker with level of detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
