QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Researching and following-up country related investments in Energy, Oil&Gas, Construction and Mining industries
- Creating, following-up and reviewing an Industrial Projects Pipeline.
- Regular customer visits to enable new opportunities
- Preparing commercial and technical bids for global and local RFQ’s
- Supporting Industrial Department for reaching yearly budget targets
- Analysing industrial needs and developing new products to solve and/or fulfill it
- Improving in-company network by communicating and visiting other DGF offices
- Analysing industry related local and global exhibitions and creating an exhibition calendar.
- Attending exhibitions to improve network either as a visitor or an exhibitor
- Traveling domestically and internationally to represent DGF in industry related platforms
- Using in-company software for following up Industrial Projects opportunities globally
- Improving subcontractor network and service quality
- Negotiate Industrial Projects related contracts together with legal department
- Driving marketing activities for Industrial Projects department.
- Attending site operations to support operations team when necessary
- Carrying out daily operations for shipments to support operations team when necessary
- Bachelor's degree of Business, Maritime or Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant role
- Fluent both in written and spoken English
- Capable of using MS Office, ERP and CRM software
- Experience in Project Logistics operations
- Experience in Project Logistics biddings
- Adaptable to flexible working hours
- Outgoing personality
- Effective communication & negotiating & problem solving skills
- Customer centric approach
- Demonstrating an analytical temperament
- Demonstrating an analytical temperament
- Ability to take responsibility and use initiative
- Driving License (B Class)
- No travel restrictions (domestic and international)
