Qualifications,
- Bachelors degree preferably in engineering (Master’s degree in Management / MBA etc. will be a plus),
- Min 8-9 years of related work experience preferably in e-commerce projects, of different size and/or complexity and market place management,
- Min 3 years team management,
- Good understanding of business requirements,
- Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills,
- Team work oriented,
- Talent for driving change and continuous improvement,
- Fluency in English both written and verbal,
To,
- Develop, own, and execute product roadmap,
- Managing the product owner team,
- Keep track our competitors and the analytics and digital marketing industry,
- E-Commerce projects and end-to-end management of related projects in order to increase the business performance of the departments in accordance with the company's strategies and targets,
- Planning, budgeting and implementing all processes that will ensure the continuity and development of projects,
- Create solutions to existing customer needs,
- Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process.
