· Planning, supervision and control of security services.
· Planning, supervision and control of personnel transportation services.
· Planning, supervision and control of canteen & food services.
· Planning, supervision and control of cleaning services.
· Supporting repair and maintenance operations.
· Analyzing demand and cost for purchasing requests.
· Managing contracts and suppliers.
· Performs delivery approval, invoice control and payment process.
· Performs supplier performance assessment and supplier management.
· Managing OHS operations.
· Supporting audit and certification processes.
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
· Good English skills · B Class driving license and active driver · Knowledge of labor law, subcontractor regulations · Knowledge of payroll and progress payment · Having information security education · Excellent communication skills · Customer oriented · Team player · High attention to detail and accuracy · Excellent organizational, planning, coordinating and problem solving skills.
