QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- To execute end to end outbound LCL import operations in line with internal standards and customers’ standard operating procedures
- To ensure accurate and timely movement of freight and information flow among all stakeholders
- To analyze customers’ needs and expectations and offer suitable solutions
- To take commercial responsibility for assisgned customers and GP responsibility on file basis
- To arrange box utilization and setup for respective lanes
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years experience on ocean freight operations
- Good command of English (verbal&written)
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, coordination and organisation skills
- Customer focused and excellent team player
- Rigorous, careful and solution oriented
- No military service obligation for male candidates
