QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
To develop LCL business by applying effective pricing in line with LCL management to gain new and profitable business.
Job Description
- Does timely and accurate quotations for customers, customer representatives and sales
- Analyzes market conditions and follows up market development
- Gains new customers
- Takes commercial responsibility on customers
- Increases volume in line with LCL Budget
- Designs and contributes to customer solutions
- Arranges customer visits and calls when needed
- Aligns with other Business Development colleagues and sales teams
- Seeks growth opportunities to contribute LCL GP
- Keeps close cooperation with sales
- Optimizes GP inline with LCL Budget
Knowledge, Skills&Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years’ experience on ocean freight (Experience with LCL operations and sales is a plus)
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Good use of Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication, coordination and organization skills
- Customer focused, good team player
- Rigorous, careful and solution focused
- No military service obligation for male candidates
- Who lives in or available to move in İstanbul
