QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning and handling project cargo shipments from pricing stage to invoicing process.
- Organization inland, ocean, railway, air, and multimodal shipments; dealing with the customers, subcontractors, vessel owners.
- Supervising port operations for heavy lift vessels and attending worksitefor loading /offloading operations.
- Pricing and preparing RFQ’s (global and local) according to customer’s requests.
- Assisting BD team for all commercial and technical scope.
- Carrying out documentation process and reporting by using company’s systems.
- Using company’s systems and digital tools effectively
- To take P&L responsibility on file basis.
- Following up and arranging end to end inbound outbound and cross project cargo operations and proactively inform customer on shipment status.
- Improving in-company network by communicating and visiting other DGF offices when necessary.
- Analyzing customer’s needs and expectations and offer suitable solutions and keep customer satisfaction at highest level.
- To perform a positive and solution driven attitude.
- Interacts with Sales, Finance, OFR, AFR, and other related cross function when required.
- Bachelor's degree of Business, Maritime or Logistic
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role
- Fluent both in written and spoken English
- Experience in project logistics operations and break bulk vessel chartering
- Ability to perform project logistics pricing and operations
- Capable of using Microsoft Office skills
- Outgoing personality

- Attentive, strong ability to follow
- Driving License (B Class)
- No travel restrictions (domestic and international)
