Job Purpose:
In this role, working within the customer IT projects with responsibility for New Transport Management System (TMS), customs system, e-commerce business and Warehouse Management System (WMS) support in Turkey.
Job Responsibilities:
· Analyzing Customer IT projects and implement in defined scope, cost, time frame
· Determining the needs of the projects be developed, conducting business analysis, documentation of application functions, designed screens, and service information to be used, preparation of function analysis/design documentation,
· Creating test scenarios for acceptance tests of the applications to be developed,
· Conducting test scenarios and reporting test results, tracking errors,
· Supporting studies on user acceptance tests,
· Being in coordination with the relevant teams within the processes they are responsible for and supporting the teams.
Knowledge Skills and Experience: · Graduated from Computer Engineering or related departments of universities, · Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Logistic Business Analyst / Test Engineer in software projects, · Experience with integration platforms (e.g., tradexpress, lobster, BIS, ET Connector, etc.) or with common EAI/EDI standards and technologies (e.g., EDIFACT, VDA, XML, IDoc, SOAP, REST, AS2, SFTP, ALE, API etc.) is desirable. · Participated in analysis/test studies according to project management methodologies and processes, · Good command of business analysis processes and methodologies, careful in reporting and documentation, · Will be able to manage customer relations within the framework of analysis, · Open to learning and development, able to take initiative, · Analytical thinking, problem solving skills and teamwork · Must be able to read, understand and communicate in English · International transportation, customs, warehouse and finance knowledge desirable · E-Commerce knowledge is plus |
