QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
•Preferably bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management,International Trade or related fields.
•Import,Export,Logistics and Supply Chain operations knowledge is nice to have.
•Advanced level of both written and spoken German.
•Minimum Upper Intermediate level of both written and spoken English.
•Very good command of Microsoft Excel.
•High customer focus and teamwork spirit.
•Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues.
•Clear understanding of KPI and basic knowledge of KPI preparation
Job Description:
•Planning the order in given time window to prevent any delay on delivery
•Ensuring an efficient and proactive communication with related parties
•Contacting the final customer to request a booking for delivery if needed.
•Arranging a carrier solution and coordinate the loading slot with DC upon availability of capacity
•Following the delivery process
•Defining and contributing to increase operational performance by generating/implementing projects, ideas and solution
•Following the Carrier and DC are updating the necessary information/milestone in OTM
•Following the daily tasks for the carriers and DC, to ensure each process has been completed on time and correctly
•Maintain OTM updated with the latest operational data and costs.
