QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade or related disciplines from reputable universities.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative affairs and/or purchasing in a company preferably operating in the Free Trade Zone
- Knowledge on legislations and regulations about Free Trade Zone
- Knowledge and preferably experience on customs clearance procedures
- Having experience in domestic or international purchasing
- Advanced planning, organization and analyzing skills with high attention to details.
- Open to work autonomously and being a team member at the same time
- Strong in analytical thinking and result oriented
- Good command of English
Job Description
- Carrying import/export operations of the Free Trade Zone office
- Supporting domestic and international purchasing processes
- Supporting general administrative operations processes
- Supporting and following subcontractor services, vehicle fleets, 3rd party service provider
- Coordinating flight and hotel reservations and visa processes for business trips
- Applying related regulations for domestic and international customs clearance processes
