QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
We are looking for members who will be a part of our company’s new division, Laser Technology Service and Installation.
Job Summary:
The Prime role of a Field Service Engineer is to achieve customer delight by providing timely and quality service and in turn generate revenue for the organization.
The Responsibilities of a Field Service Engineer will be;
- Installation and commissioning of Laser and Punching Machines,
- Periodical maintenance of machines,
- Onsite training to customers for operation and/or maintenance of machines,
- Submit organized and helpful service reports for each repair mission,
- Build relationships with customers in all functions at all levels and assure effective delivery of services,
- Work carefully with in-house engineers for technical assistance and provide them with diagnostic feedback,
- Fully adept at reading and interpreting schematics, drawings and theory of operation manuals,
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering,
- 2+ years of exp. will be an advantage,
- Experience in service, maintenance and installation will be an advantage,
- Good command of English both written and oral,
- Good Communication skills,
- Learning ability,
- Driver License,
- Have no restriction to travel
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 25 kg
