FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

DESCRIPTION

EXERGY is an OEM for the energy sector specialised in supply of complete for Jeothermal Power Plants. The role of the Field Service Engineer (will be named as FSE) in the company is described below.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

At Project Phase:

· Supervising contracted staff during mechanical erection and commissioning

· Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly

· Providing technical advice and solving problems on site

· Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

· Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork

· Organizing materials and ensuring storage area is safe and clean.

· Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.

At Service&Maintenence Phase:

· Supervising installation, inspection, and testing of machinery and equipment

· Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.

· Identifying the malfunctioning associated with the system and communicates it to the maintenance technicians or supervisors.

· Dismantling the defective parts and replaces it with the new ones.

· Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.

· Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork

· Completing maintenance and field modifications.

· Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.

· Keeping up to date on administrative

· Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Min. 2-3 years of experience at relevant role

- Fluent in English both written and oral.

- Ready to travel in Turkey and abroad (This position will be traviling 70% of the time)

- A good team player

- Great leadership and organizational skills.

- Project management skills.

- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.

- Able to use Able to use office programs and Autocad

- Able to read technical drawings

- Great written and verbal communication skills.

- A willingness to learn.

- Has to have driving licence (B class)

- For male candidates military obligation completed
