QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Air Conditioning Engineering,
- Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Good communication skills,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English,
- Prone to teamwork, open to communication,
- Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
- Having at least 2 years of experience in VRF and air conditioning products,
- No travel restriction,
- Male candidates must have completed military.
JOB DESCRIPTION;
- Communicating with VRF services and VRF sales team for providing them about technical support,
- Providing project visits in after-sales processes,
- Troubleshooting VRF systems by providing fault diagnosis,
- Commissioning projects, providing field control and service inspection,
- Planning organization of technical product trainings for services,
- Following the projects, providing technical support to the services and reporting the project details,
- Improving the after-sales services organization in order to increase customer satisfaction,
- Make analysis the performance indicators of the services and taking action to increase the performance of services.
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
