QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Field Service Supervisor to support Grid Business.
The Supervisor ensures Services activities according with GE standards of health, safety and quality and in a manner that safeguards the Environment to deliver to the customer a product with highest quality.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform / Supervise Erection & Commissioning of the HV products & systems in GIS
- Perform / Supervise site service activities as Maintenance, Trouble –shooting and Retrofit works according to Project needs
- Manage and assist subcontractor & customer staff in service activities in order to secure GE Quality policies and on time completion of the projects
- Performing site service activities by following to GE standarts, Enviroment & Health & Safety rules
- Technical support to customers, Sales and Management Team
- Increasing own technical and personal skills to improve the service quality
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Engineering Mechanical or Electrical from an accredited college or university
- Min. 3 years of experience in related service business
- Have a knowledge of GIS Products
- Able to travel frequently in Turkey & abroad
- Good command of English
- Having driving license
- Military service should be completed for male candidates
Desired Characteristics:
- Knowledge in MS Office programs
- AIS / Power Transformer experience is asset
- Good in communication skill, Team player, eager to learn, self motivated
- Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills
