We seek for '’FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER'' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy in Transformer Service in İstanbul in Kartal location with below qualifications;

Your background

University Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Knowledge of MS Office programs.
Experience in the transformer service business.
Team working, technically oriented, analytical, communicate effectively, customer-oriented.
Completed military service for male applicants.
Ability to travel frequently.
Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.

Your responsibilities

Perform site testing & commissioning of power & distribution transformers.
Perform field service activities including trouble-shooting, maintenance, site expertise.
Getting the purchasing code of the transformer for a spare part from SAP, Archive and prepare and send these codes to the sales team for the offer.
Technical support for customers, sales team and partners.
Perform site works following service plan according to HITACHI ENERGY’s technical, commercial, and health & safety standards.
Perform training to the customer at the site and at HITACHI ENERGY facilities.
