GENEL NİTELİKLER
Reporting to the Field Service Team Leader the key areas of responsibility include:
We are looking for Field Service Engineer-Robotics who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Robotics in Tuzla-Istanbul,Turkey location. You will execute service work with Robotics & Discrete Automation in Tuzla-Istanbul,Turkey. Reporting to the Field Service Team Leader, you will act as the technical point person between customers and extended ABB teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Execute Service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines,
- Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB,
- Performs Service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.),
- Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Maintains a good relationship with customers. Identifies new sales opportunities and communicates them internally,
- Coordinates, prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities,
- Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed,
- Troubleshoots simple equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future,
- Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service,
- Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reports unsafe practices and incidents.
Your background:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering,
- Mechatronics Engineering and Computer Engineering,
- Min 2 years of relative experience,
- Knowledge of Robot Studio, Rapid Programming, RobView, PLC programming is preferable,
- Knowledge of Robotic applications such as pick and place, Spot and Arc Welding, Packaging, and Paint is preferable,
- Advanced level of English skills,
- Customer focus and solution-oriented profile with strong communication skills,
- Open to travel.
