We are looking for ''Service Engineer'' who will be able to perform the role in the business field of ‘Logistics Automation’ with below qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Eng., Electrical/Electronic Eng. Or Electronic and Communication Engineering,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of after sales customer service activities like, installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial sensors and sensor systems,
  • Preferably experienced in logistics industry on logistics automation systems,
  • Knowledge about other automation systems will be considered as added value (e.g. PLC, Vision sensors),
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken),
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office Programs,
  • Self-motivated, strong commitment to goals and proactive attitude,
  • Customer & solution oriented, open minded, a good team player,
  • Flexibility and quick adaption to frequent scheduling updates,
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills,
  • Able to work effectively with deadlines and under time pressure,
  • No military obligation for male candidate,
  • No restriction for travelling, active driver’s licence.


Role Description

  • Provide on-site (%90) or remote (%10) technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently; identifies and solves technical problems, performs services according to the scope defined within the work order.
  • Create strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing support and solutions.
  • Ensure that the service operations are carried out as per the assigned schedule.
  • Provide 24/7 hotline support service alternately with teammates.
  • Create service reports, enter and follow-up data in the CRM system.
  • Prepare the tools, equipment and parts needed for a service job and understand the scope of the job to be performed.
