Position Summary:
- Support Poultry business unit in Turkey with technical information for achieving their plans and tasks.
- Responsible to develop technical support, training and update for all Zoetis employees concerning the products, animal diseases, competitors’ profiles, outbreaks.
- Defend products technically by follow up complaints and counter act competitors technical hits.
- Preparation and presentation of products knowledge to target customers and communicate with them technical knowledge.
- Develop local technical bulletin, and training manual
- Follow up on the registration process.
Primary Tasks:
- Implement technical plans to meet company objectives of sales.
- Monitor, review and prepare added value vaccine and anticoccidial programs for customers,
- Close collaboration and communication with team leader and key account managers
- Work with business unit manager in preparation and implementation of the division plans, strategies, major events, launches, training ,..etc.
- Update organization with field feedback, outbreaks, expected opportunities and threats from the technical view that affect the business.
- Develop a group of programs that can offer the products as a solution of the running problems in the field.
- Pay field visits to prime customers and support key account managers.
- Offer a variety of services that coop with our resources and support the products and services our customers at the same time.
- Networking with key Opinion leaders, key officials both in Turkey and markets in the same cluster to seek information and support analysis to contribute to debate and decision-making.
- Giving Lecture in key events, launches, seminars and focus panels; appropriate opportunities for product promotion should be identified.
- Design protocol for technical trials beside Follow up and supervise field/clinical trials, reporting in key scientific magazines.
- Audit/update promotional materials.
- Develop communication channels with the team and with other departments and improve the quality of ongoing information.
- A major contributor to build a superior differentiation offer for our customers vs. competition via advanced technical services.
- Participate in the recruiting procedure of Animal Health sales team, and design and implement initial training sessions.
- Follow up registration of new product/re-registration of in-line products comply to market specific licensing criteria, communicate timeline and problems to ensure quick process.
- Review compliance of documentation plan/modify appropriately packaging to obtain import licenses in distributors markets.
- Follow up product complaints process.
Essential Personal Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Poultry industry
- Experience in the animal health companies is an asset
- Veterinary Medicine Education background. Postgraduate studies will be preferable
- Professional and well reputable scientific background-Research degree is preferable
- High presentation and communication skills
- Active, persuasive. Has leadership skills and ability to develop atmosphere of teamwork and loyalty
- Persistence and able to work under pressure, able to plan and organize activities and resources.
- Ready to travel around the country to visit key accounts
- Fluent both written and verbally in English
