QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related departments,
- 1-3 years of Finance and Accounting experience
- Preferably having logistics operations and logistics finance experience
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
- Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a result-oriented approach
- Highly motivated and eager to participate in a dynamic work environment
- Strong reporting, analysis and follow up skills
- No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Logistics Cost Controlling, Analysis and Reporting
- Logistics Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payable Billing Management
- Responsible of month-end closing
- Issuing Logistics AR and AP invoices by using Cello Plus (Samsung SDS own System).
- Delivering invoice copies to each responsible parties
- Responsible of contacting each vendor and customer responsibilities' for billing processes.
- Preparing Logistics Budget and Forecast figures monthly
- Preparing Cash Flow Projection figures monthly
