We are looking for a smart thinking, innovative young professional who would join our dynamic team based in Istanbul Head Quarter.

He / she will work as “Finance Assistant” in our Finance Department, will be involved in the execution of below tasks:

  • To apply work instruction for each task and process.
  • Controlling, recording, and archiving of sales and purchasing invoices by using a combination of e-mail, operational and financial ERP.
  • PO Follow up on Client missions and ensure accuracy on the invoices
  • To contact Clients, securing monthly payment of outstanding balance by using the most effective and efficient methods (telephone, email, clients' supplier portals).
  • To record accurately every process and action taken on the collections system
  • Performs monthly account settlement with customers in a positive approach by supporting Customer company needs
  • Timely and accurate processing and collection of receivables and managing the problematic overdue
  • Working closely with the operation and sales & marketing
  • Preparing supplier payments


Skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field;
  • Min. 2 years of experience preferably in financial or accounting department
  • Self-motivated and capable of working alone as well as part of a team with excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
  • High sense of responsibility, urgency, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Able to to work with work instruction in a dynamic environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English, second language will be an asset.
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications with a proven certificate (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Open to development and learning
