QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Business Engineering and other related fields from a reputable
- Minimum 7 years of finance experience in a corporate environment is required preferably last couple of years are spent at a IT company or Banking as Finance Manager or similar role is expected
- Be experienced in credit and import processes
- Strong problem solving, negotiation skills, multi-tasking and project management skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding business and keeping up to date with industry and regulatory changes and professional standards
- Strong leadership both for managing the Finance,Budget & Reporting teams
- Proactive, analytical, committed and able to manage different expectation and resolving conflicts with a diplomatic approach.
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- No barrier for frequent travelling

JOB DESCRIPTION
- The position reports to General Manager of the company as well as Board Members
- The person will manage Finance, Import, Budget & Reporting teams
- S/he will ensure the budgetary discipline in the company and cooperate with other management team members towards this objective
- To ensure excellence compliance to accounting principles and tax legislation
- Will supervise the plans, projects, investments, ensuring adequate attention to P&L, CF, BS, Capex and risk items in decision making process
- Leading relations with banks and creditors
- Authorizations on letters of credit, bank guarantees, renting new stores or franchisee relations.
- To liaise with Auditors consultants on audit, tax and statutory reporting issues
- Lead legal, ethics and compliance processes.
- Carrying out foreign financial reporting
