QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field
· Fluent written and spoken English
· 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
· Strong knowledge of internationally accepted accounting standards IFRS and IAS
· Sound knowledge of all of internal operational and business processes
· Strong ability to understand business processes and identify risks associated with the same
· Strong knowledge of Capital Management frameworks and processes
· Strong knowledge of Cash Management accounting processes
· Strong analytical and organizational skills
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and excel
· In-depth knowledge of statistical tools
· Strong people management skills
· Strong planning and coordination skills Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles
