QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree,
- +10 years experience in financial reporting and/or financial control, Big 4 experience is a plus,
- Good command of English,
- Having knowledge and experience regarding General Accounting& IFRS to perform requested analyzes.
Job Description
- Managing controlling&planning,statutory accounting,risk management, treasury,tax,IT,administrative affairs,payroll,insurance and legal functions of the company,
- Managing the annual budget and dynamic forecast process,
- Consistently analyzing financial data and monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements,
- Monitoring progress, preparing financial outlooks and financial forecasts and making the stakeholders aware of any changes,
- Managing reports, analyzing for effective production costs and expenses.,
- Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate accounting standards and regulatory requirements,
- Create and maintain finance manuals and other working documents as needed to ensure staff follow to recommended practices and procedures.,
- Establishing internal control policy and procedures,
- Coordinating all audit activity and ensure that all recommendations are implemented,
- Managing customers risk and payment collection procedures,
- Managing operational cash flow and relationship with banks,
- Monitoring and managing payroll and administrative affairs,
- Managing operational IT issues and coordinating with IT support company,
- Managing and coordinating legal affairs with law consultant
