Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Mathematics or Engineering.
- 8 years' experience in accountancy and financial analysis, with minimum 3 years senior level experience in financial management and control.
- CPA or CFA is preferred option.
- Excellent English language.
- Problem solving, analytical thinking, questioning and research skills,

Responsibilities
- Leads and coordinate the effective management of finance functions.
- Ensures that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.
- Recommends on the proper management of money, investment, assets and liabilities and the planning of future growth.
- Supports the Director in a look forward, insights and analysis to ensuring profitability and mitigating losses.
- Concerned with adding value and provides scenarios for healthy continuity & business development.
- Prepares and present long term financial forecasts in relation to the company strategic plan.
- Prepares annual budgets, including operating and capital expenditure budgets.
- Reviews and controls monthly management reports to include Profit &Loss, Balance Sheet, budgets, cash flow forecasts and any variations from budgets.
- Provides monthly financial analysis regarding to sales accounts and financial reports to the Director.
- Follows the developments in all domestic and foreign markets, especially the foreign exchange market, and informs the Director.
- When the need for cash and non-cash arises, it contacts banks and provides the use of loans at the most suitable rates.
- When there is an idle fund, it searches for the most suitable investment instrument and performs the relevant transactions.
- Manage the external auditing practices with the authorized parties.
- Manages the processes of all contract, income, disbursement and suppliers' due payments.
- Oversees treasury management and banking functions.
- Develops and maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with the internal and external stakeholders.
