We are looking for a “Financial Management Trainee” for our business partner operating textile industry with the qualifications below;
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting or related discipline - Master degree is a plus
• Highly motivated, creative thinker able to work effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment,
• High level of English proficiency and computer literacy,
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and proactive,
• Interest in business challenges, professional growth, personal success and leadership,
• Ability to relocate into different functions and countries,
• Internship experience in global companies or manufacturing companies is preferred,
• Leadership experience in student associations; overseas study / extra curricular activities exposure is preferable.
JOB DESCRIPTION

• Robust functional and leadership training framework,

Within two 12-month rotations, some specific roles in various Finance functions that you can take up in both country based and regional based includes:
• GL / AP / AR & Collections,
• Treasury / Taxation / FA / FP&A Process,
• CM Analysis & Improvement,
• OpEx: MOE / SG&A / ELS,
• AOP / Strat Plan,
• FP&A Month/Quarter Closing Process.
