Management Trainee

İtameks Automotive is the Tier 1 manufacturer and supplier to 11 global automotive brands outside Turkey. A clear focus is being put onto the growing market of OEM line feed supplies of all types of floor mats (textile, rubber, TPE) in and outside Turkey.

We are currently seeking a “Operations Management Trainee” to become member of our Team.
The Candidate
· Bachelor's Degree in engineering
· Preferably 2 years of experience in automotive OEM supply industry, preferably with global OEMs
· Knowledge of IATF 16949, lean manufacturing and/or JIT supply
· Process knowledge of rubber, plastic or textile parts
· ERP/MRP system knowledge
· Dynamic and self-motivated
· Very good command of English, French as a second language is a plus
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Hands-On, “Gemba”-Mentality
· Analytical minded, flexible, goal oriented and initiative taker
· Owner of a class B driving license,
· No travel restrictions, international and local
· No military service obligations
The Job
· Conduct studies and propose improvements concerning the overall process flow, process control, work instructions, waste reduction and OEE increase
based on Lean Manufacturing principles
· Implementation of a robust MRP system (with current ERP system or with possible Implementation of SAP)
· Data Analysis, Pareto
· Manufacturing data collection software improvement projects
· Design for manufacturability studies
