We are looking for a “Product Management Trainee’’ for our client global customer who has established itself as a major player in medicine across in the world.
QUALİFİCATİONS
• University degree in Business Administration or Economics, Medicine, (Molecular) Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, MBA is a plus,
• Fresh graduated or maximum 2 years of working experience,
• Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Customer Services, etc.),
• Proficient spoken and written English,
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office,
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills,
• Excellent math and computational ability,
• Effective communication skills,
• High energy and positive attitude,
• Being results-driven and solution oriented,
• Good organizational and time management skills,
• No restriction to travel,
• Having a valid driving license,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRİPTİON
• During your trainee, you will learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes,
• You will have the chance to know the company: its functions and operations and you will support marketing and sales team,
• To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills, effective communication skills and dynamism are important qualifications you are expected to have,
• Support Senior Product Managers complete daily tasks,
• Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals and provide administrative support (e.g. data consolidation and entry),
• Help develop marketing strategies for the defined objectives of the product,
• Organize and follow-up agreed marketing and sales activities,
• Analyze the market and competitors,
• Help managers evaluate performances (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data),
• Create and give presentations,
• Support the sales force in the field,
• Conduct customer visits aligned with priorities of the department and with consent of Senior Product Managers and/or Sales & Marketing Manager.
