QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
For our Sales Operations Department under Electrification and Automation Business Unit at Siemens A.Ş. we are searching for a Finance Head who will be empowered to achieve group targets, ability to contribute overall company success and working in a growth mentality environment!
What are my responsibilities?
(Direct report to the Headquarters and local Business Unit Management)
Leads the assigned Finance / Business Administration organization,
Contributes to definition, and ensures implementation of superior financial strategy, policies and guidelines,
Supports Functional Head, provides advice and proposes measures,
Ensures effective financial analysis, forecast accuracy, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities,
Oversees and ensures completion of all accounting, financial reporting and other finance related operations,
Performing project review process and complete project cost calculations and status reports in cooperation with project team,
Ensures compliant and standardized contract management, in all relevant business cases (supplier, customer, service providers),
Performs full range of standard work for the professional field understanding and aligning with relevant specifications in the field of activity (information security, compliance, Siemens local rules, customer local rules and any regulatory and local legal requirements, quality policy),
Monitors financial performance, provides Key Performance Indicator analyses, comments respective performance reporting and forecasts,
Ensures the accuracy of project books and records.
What do I need to qualify for this role?
- >5 years of management & leadership experience,
- Strong financial & strategic skills and experience in handling a P&L,
- Very good command of Turkish and English,
- Ideally, business administration/finance degree or comparable and/or related know how and expertise in related businesses & functions,
- Strong commercial background in system and project management fields.
