We are looking for a Finance Manager with the following job description and qualifications:
Job Description :
Monitors the organization's banking activity and maintains bank balances,
Ensures appropriate cash flow to satisfy business demands by managing the company's reporting, cash flow projections, and balance sheet items,
Reviewing, monitoring, and managing the finance team,
Leads the assigned Finance / Business Administration process,
Supports Functional Head, provides advice and proposes measures,
Ensures effective financial analysis, forecast accuracy, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities,
Handles all activities required for periodic financial audits and fundraising,
Ensures compliant and standardized contract management, in all relevant business cases (supplier, customer, service providers),
Performs full range of standard work for the professional field understanding and aligning with relevant specifications in the field of activity (information security, compliance, customer local rules and any regulatory and local legal requirements, quality policy),
Monitors financial performance, provides Key Performance Indicator analyses, comments respective performance reporting and forecasts,
Qualifications :
- Strong financial & strategic skills and experience in handling a P&L,
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in audit firms and/or internal audit department of companies,
- Very good command of Turkish and English,
- Ideally, business administration/finance degree or comparable and/or related know-how and expertise in related businesses & functions,
- Strong commercial background in system and project management fields.
