Key responsibilities
• Accuracy and timeliness of customer and supplier invoices have been identified as some of the key parameters of customer service. This position is responsible for accurate and on time creation of invoices and ICBs.
• Soft closure of jobs is necessary to ensure that accurate contributions profit margin per job is captured in the system and collectively at month end; this reflects the true and fair picture of the financial state of affairs of the business.
• Hard closure of jobs signifies operational and financial closure of a job and it is necessary to ensure that all jobs are closed on time. The key responsibility for this job is to ensure that all jobs are monitored and that they are hard closed on a timely manner.
• Follow up on open financial issues and timely and accurate reporting of bad debt/cash shortfall numbers.
• Understands the relevant accounting principles and effectively communicates findings to peers and business partners. - Works towards identifying and executing projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency

We are looking for
• Fresh graduates up to 2 years’ experience in similar field
• Have been engaged in commercial/operational finance at a hands on/job file level
• Has worked in a process driven environment
• High learning curve and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work and thrive in a flexible matrix organization with focus on networking and collaboration
• Strong communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with senior management & manage senior stakeholders across geographies
• Financial acumen
• Strong process oriented approach to work and excellent attention to detail.
• Resilient team player who is goal-orientated and demonstrates a high level of commitment with the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Excellent Written and Verbal skills with people at all levels across the organization in English.
