QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Graduate or undergraduate degrees in business administration, engineering or economics with a focus on accounting and finance in a top university,
- At least 7-8 years of related experience in transaction services, valuations, M&A advisory gained at an investment bank, M&A boutique or a consulting firm,
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Good understanding of valuation methods and principles
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- A concrete and clear understanding of Turkish GAAP, IFRS and legislative, industry-specific and market-related issues
- A mindset demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills,
- Excellent command of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Track record of closed M&A deals is a plus
- Perfect command of English and Turkish
Job description:
- Involvement in all aspects of the deal process in different types of engagements,
- Actively participate in the execution of transactions such as due diligences, M&As, valuation and feasibility studies,
- Assist in business development activities and carry out research tasks,
- Carry out various valuation assignments across different situations,
- Generate and analyze financial statements and deals related data,
- Prepare information memorandum, management presentations and other presentations
