QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar position in banks or finance/treasury departments in real sector companies.
- Hands-on experience on Project Finance documentation and financial modelling or M&A transactions at a bank or real sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, ability to present ideas and negotiate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to complete projects timely and accurately
- Agile, self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the financial issues and report to CFO
- Monitor obligations and liabilities from Project Agreements & Schedules and ensure that SPVs deliver their obligations
- Provide financial reports monthly to keep the Board Members and Management informed of the progress and status of the Project Agreement in terms of financial compliance
- Provide updates on financial models of the SPV’s
- Manage weekly cash flow and loan disbursements/repayments with local and international banks
- Manage discussions about calculations of invoices with the public and private authorities
- Archive all finance related agreements of MR and SPVs
- Identify financial risks and propose solutions
