QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar position in banks or finance/treasury departments in real sector companies.
  • Hands-on experience on Project Finance documentation and financial modelling or M&A transactions at a bank or real sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, ability to present ideas and negotiate
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately
  • Agile, self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the financial issues and report to CFO
  • Monitor obligations and liabilities from Project Agreements & Schedules and ensure that SPVs deliver their obligations
  • Provide financial reports monthly to keep the Board Members and Management informed of the progress and status of the Project Agreement in terms of financial compliance
  • Provide updates on financial models of the SPV’s
  • Manage weekly cash flow and loan disbursements/repayments with local and international banks
  • Manage discussions about calculations of invoices with the public and private authorities
  • Archive all finance related agreements of MR and SPVs
  • Identify financial risks and propose solutions
