QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager Turkey, is to manage, monitor and report financial activities and results of the of the company while acting as a Business Partner for assisting any business decisions. The job undertakes all aspects of financial management, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the maintenance and further development of a suitable compliance and control framework that delivers compliance with Essentra standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing financial reports.
• Analysing financial data.
• Overseeing and preparing income statements and analysing/reporting Working Capital movements.
• Managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Managing financial transactions.
• Developing plans for financial growth.
• Assisting any other quality certificate related projects in terms of Finance perspective
• Coordinating internal and external audit processes.
• Support site management with the design, documentation and implementation of effective compliance procedures
• Drive the roll-out and maintenance of Minimum Control Standards (MCS) including:
o Facilitation of workshops and other forums for the identification of control improvement opportunities and solutions;
o Completion of validation, testing and reporting on compliance with key controls; and
o Monitor and report on status of actions to address identified deficiencies in compliance with MCS
Liaise with Group Assurance Team to assist with the planning and timely completion of any internal audit work
