QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a high caliber ”Financial Controller" who ideally is / has;
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Economics, Finance or Accounting,
- Minimum 5 years finance experience in multinational and customer focused environment, 3 years of this experience to be in audit company,
- Strong knowledge about US GAAP/IFRS reporting,
- Strong communication and interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Highly strict about deadlines
- Analytic, problem solver, decisive and flexible,
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written,
- Advanced level in MS Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
İŞ TANIMI
- Prepare monthly financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP
- Prepare financial/operational reports to regional/international teams
- Prepare internal financial/operational reports
- Provide analysis and comments on actual results
- Prepare Balance sheet reconciliations on monthly basis
- Project Management of Implementing Global ERP System/Navision
- Act as business partner for the other departments
- Propose and implement improvements for more efficient closing and update procedure
- Conduct on- internal / external audit
- Develop and update internal control methodology and procedures in accordance with Group Manual
- Assist the budgeting & forecasting processes
- Give support to prepare power point presentations to 3rd parties
- Give some ad hoc supports to Finance Director in various areas such as IT and procurement
